Return/Refund Policy
At G.M Leather, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for any return.
2. Exceptions
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or significantly different from the description provided.
3. Faulty Goods
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Faulty goods can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund. If the fault is major, you have the right to choose a refund or replacement.
4. Sale Items
- Sale or clearance items can only be refunded if they are faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale items.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
6. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
